Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Product must not be damaged by the customer

Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Cash on Delivery

COD orders are accepted across Pakistan. False or fake orders may result in being blacklisted from our store.

Privacy

We collect basic customer information (name, address, phone number) only for order processing purposes. Your information will not be shared with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Novashop is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
